We are Sungate Place, a wedding & event venue located in sunny Southern Oregon, nestled along the Historic Applegate Trail at the foot of Mt. Sexton and close to the I-5.

Outside we have plenty of parking, a scenic garden entrance, a grand hall with beautiful epoxy floors, loft, ceiling fans, an in house audio visual system and chandeliers. Children can enjoy our outdoor play structure and grassy lawn. Inside we offer a spacious bridal suite for you and your bridesmaids as well as a man cave with a big screen TV and plenty of space for the groom and his groomsmen. Our grounds include 2 kitchens, a walk-in cooler for your flowers, food, beverages and cake as well as a handicapped accessible restroom for guests. We provide seating for up to 175 guests.

Snap a unique photo with our antique buggy or enjoy a Grand Entrance where the bride is delivered to the entrance in horse drawn carriage. Soon we will have a tour for viewing the event space. We look forward to meeting you and hearing about your vision for your special day!

Weekend Experience

Pricing: $7,900

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Use of building and grounds for set-up, rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and take down on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

  • Sungate Above Apartment for two (2) nights

  • Property used for engagement photography and wedding portraits (by appointment only)

  • Set up and take down for your event (bussing + table care)

  • Use of firepit for guest enjoyment

  • Tables and chairs

  • Day of Coordination

  • Wooden Ceremony Arch

  • Bridal Suite, Grooms lounge

  • All Ceremony Locations Indoor and Outdoor

  • Professional Audio Visual Equipment and two cordless microphones

ADDITIONAL OFFERINGS:

  • Horse and Carriage Services additional $600

  • Glassware/Flatware for up to 65 guests additional $200

  • White Linens additional $300

A non-refundable retainer fee in the amount of 1⁄4 the total rental fees is due at time of booking. We offer a payment plan of four equal payments with the balance due 45 days prior to your event.
